RESERVATIONS
All appointments require a reservation. A card number is required to hold all reservations. An appointment is not confirmed until a card number is provided.

Treatments, Services, and prices are subject to change without notice.
If you are running late for an appointment, kindly give notification by calling or texting 516.200.4668.

CANCELLATIONS
All appointments will be required to provide a card number in order to hold a reservation. 
As our business hours are by appointment, time that is set aside is done so especially for you.

We uphold a strict 24 hour cancellation policy- should guests need to cancel an appointment, we must be notified with at least 24 hours advance, otherwise, there will be a charge:

In the event that guests give LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE, the following charge applies:
- 50% of package or service price

In the event that guests do not show up and fail to give notice for an appointmentthe full amount of the package will be charged.

For guests holding a gift certificate, the certificate will be used in lieu of payment. Thus, 50% of a certificate’s value will be forfeited for notice less than 24 hours; and the full value for guests who do not show up to a scheduled appointment.


PAYMENTS
Payments may be made through Zelle, cash or card.



GRATUITIES
Gratuities are not included in the listed price of all Services and Treatments. Gratuity amounts are at the sole discretion of guests.
